These terms govern your use of our web and any purchase you make from Waylivingcraft. By using the site, opening an account, or placing an order, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Waylivingcraft is operated from 2019 Robert Mitchum Dr, Kingman, AZ 86409, United States. In these terms, "we," "us," and "Waylivingcraft" refer to that business, and "you" refers to the person using the site or placing an order.

1. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. If you order for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these terms. We sell and deliver only within the contiguous United States, as described in our Shipping Policy.

2. Accounts and guest checkout

You may order as a guest or open an account. If you open an account, keep your login details confidential and contact us promptly if you believe someone else has used them. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms, but doing so does not cancel an order we have already accepted or affect rights that have already arisen.

3. When an order becomes a contract

Submitting an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. We acknowledge receipt by email, but the contract between us forms only when we accept the order and hand it to the carrier. Until that point, we may decline an order — for example where an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, payment or delivery details cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud or unauthorized resale. If we decline an order after your payment has been authorized, we release the authorization or refund any amount captured.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can act only before the package is handed to the carrier. After that point, the process described in our Return & Refund Policy applies.

4. Prices, tax, and availability

Prices are displayed in United States dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from the delivery address. The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay; no fee is added afterward.

Prices and availability change from time to time, but a change does not affect an order we have already accepted. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will tell you and either offer an alternative, hold the order with your agreement, or refund what you paid for that item. Where a price was displayed incorrectly and the error is obvious — a misplaced decimal, for instance — we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfill it at the incorrect price.

5. Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Your payment method is authorized when you place the order and captured when the order is handed to the carrier. Our Payment Policy explains this in more detail, including how declined payments are handled. Full card numbers are not stored on our servers.

6. Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss

Shipping timelines, carrier selection, delivery restrictions, and the handling of undeliverable packages are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to the address you provided at checkout.

7. Returns and refunds

Return eligibility, return shipping, and refund timing are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms shortens or overrides the rights described there.

8. Product descriptions, dimensions, and assembly

We describe products using the specifications supplied by manufacturers together with our own review of the items. We work to keep those descriptions accurate, but we do not warrant that every measurement, image, material description, or color rendering is free from error. Dimensions on product pages are approximate; allow for small tolerances, particularly on furniture, and confirm measurements against your space before ordering. Screen settings can make colors appear different from the physical item.

Furniture may arrive unassembled and may require tools or a second person. Follow the assembly instructions and any weight or use limits supplied with the product. Assembly is your responsibility unless the product page states otherwise. Nothing on this site constitutes medical, legal, or professional advice, and products are intended for ordinary household use.

9. Intellectual property and content you send us

The text, layout, photographs, graphics, and the Waylivingcraft name and logo on this site are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use while shopping. Copying, republishing, scraping, or using site content for commercial purposes, model training, or a competing service requires our written permission.

If you send us a review, photograph, or other content, you keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it in connection with the site and our marketing. You confirm that you have the right to grant that license and that the content does not infringe anyone else's rights.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl, or bulk-download site content with automated tools, or place orders in a way that bypasses normal checkout;

  • order for resale without our written agreement;

  • use a payment method you are not authorized to use, or provide false delivery or contact details;

  • interfere with site security, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or upload malicious code;

  • use the site in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.

We may restrict or terminate access for conduct that breaches this section, and may report conduct to the relevant authorities where the law requires or permits it.
