You can pay for a Waylivingcraft order with Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal. Those are the only methods our checkout accepts. The payment icons shown on the site match the methods that are actually available; a method not named above will not work at checkout.
Authorization and capture. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized. The charge is captured when the order is handed to the carrier, normally within 1–2 business days. If an item turns out to be unavailable after authorization, we release that portion of the authorization and you are not charged for it.
Currency and tax. Prices appear in United States dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout according to your delivery address and the applicable state and local rules. The checkout total covers the product price, the shipping charge (free within the contiguous United States), and applicable sales tax. Nothing is added after checkout.
Security. Checkout is served over HTTPS. Card information travels directly to our payment processor over an encrypted connection. Full card numbers are never stored on our servers.
Declined payments. A failed authorization means the order is not confirmed, and checkout will show you a message. You can try the same method again or switch to another accepted one. If your bank shows a pending authorization on a declined order, the bank typically releases it within a few business days; we do not capture funds from an order that was not confirmed.
No recurring charges. Waylivingcraft does not offer subscriptions, installment plans, or any other recurring billing. Each order is a one-time purchase. Should that ever change, the terms of any recurring program will be presented separately before you sign up for it.
Refunds. An approved refund goes back to the payment method used for the purchase. Refunds to PayPal post according to PayPal's own timelines. How long a refund takes after we initiate it is set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
