Waylivingcraft is an independent home and furniture retailer based in Kingman, Arizona. We sell the things that make a house work — fans, beds, blankets, chairs, and the smaller home goods that fill in around them.
Why we started. Furniture and home goods are awkward to buy online. A product page will show a chair from three angles and call it comfortable, but say nothing about seat height, how much assembly is involved, or whether the fabric wipes clean. A blanket listing will use the word “soft” four times without telling you the material or whether it survives a washing machine. We bought enough of these things ourselves — a fan that rattled all night, a chair that arrived in pieces with instructions that assumed tools we did not own, a bed frame whose listed dimensions were a few inches off the wall space we had — to know that the missing information is usually the information that decides whether the purchase works out. Returns are possible, but with furniture, repacking and shipping back is a chore most people would rather avoid. So we built a store that tries to answer those questions on the product page before you buy, instead of after.
What we carry. Four groups make up most of our catalog:
-
Furniture — chairs, beds, bed frames, and the pieces that go with them.
-
Bedding and blankets — throws, comforters, and blankets for everyday use.
-
Fans and seasonal comfort — floor fans, desk fans, and air-moving products for warmer months.
-
Everyday home goods — the practical, unglamorous items a household replaces regularly.
We are not trying to stock an entire furniture showroom. We carry what we can describe accurately and stand behind, and we would rather list fewer items than pad a category page with products we know little about. When something goes out of stock, it is shown as unavailable rather than left open for orders we cannot fill on time.
How we choose. Before an item goes on the site, we look at what the manufacturer actually specifies — dimensions, materials, weight limits, assembly requirements, care instructions — and put that information on the product page in plain language. If an item has a limitation worth knowing before purchase, such as a fabric that should not go in the dryer or a frame that needs two people to assemble, we state it there rather than leave it for you to discover.
How we run the store. Orders are packed and shipped from our facility in Kingman, Arizona. Customer emails are answered by the same team that handles orders, so the person reading your message can look up your order and act on it. We ship within the contiguous United States only. Business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Time.
Details elsewhere. Delivery times and restrictions are in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility and refund timing are in our Return & Refund Policy. Accepted payment methods are in our Payment Policy. For anything a policy page does not answer, email info@waylivingcraft.com or call 17028450919 during business hours.
