Privacy policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This policy describes how Waylivingcraft handles personal information collected through the web. our checkout, and our customer support channels. It applies to customers and visitors in the United States.
In brief. We collect what we need to take an order, deliver it, answer your questions, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not hand it to advertising networks to track you across other websites. The sections below give the detail.
Who controls your information. Waylivingcraft is responsible for the personal information described here. Our business address is 2019 Robert Mitchum Dr, Kingman, AZ 86409, United States. Privacy questions and requests go to info@waylivingcraft.com.
What we collect. Identifiers, including your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses. Commercial information, including the items you ordered and your order history. Internet and network activity, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and the pages you view on our site. Payment-related information: card payments run through our payment processor, and we receive a transaction confirmation and the last four digits of the card, never the full card number.
Where it comes from. Most of it comes directly from you — when you place an order, create an account, email support, or sign up for updates. Technical information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies as you browse.
What we do with it. We use personal information to process and deliver orders, send order and shipping notices, handle returns and refunds, answer support requests, detect and prevent fraud, keep the site secure, and meet tax, accounting, and other legal requirements. We do not make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
How long we keep it. Order and transaction records stay as long as needed to complete the order, handle any return or warranty question, and satisfy tax and accounting rules, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Support correspondence is kept for 24 months from the last exchange. Analytics data is aggregated or de-identified and is not linked to an individual customer after 14 months. When you ask us to delete your information, we delete or anonymize it except where the law requires us to retain it, and we tell you what remains and why.
Who we share it with. Service providers that perform functions for us: payment processing, shipping and order fulfillment, website hosting, email delivery, and fraud prevention. They receive only what they need to do their job and may not use it for their own marketing. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where necessary to protect the rights or safety of Waylivingcraft, our customers, or the public.
Cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep your cart intact and maintain your session through checkout. A small number of functional cookies remember site preferences. We do not use advertising cookies to follow you across other websites. Browser settings let you block or delete cookies, though blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop checkout from working. Where our systems can detect a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it.
Your privacy rights. California residents may request to know what categories of personal information we collect and disclose, request access to or deletion of their personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Because we do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms, there is nothing to opt out of at present. To exercise access, deletion, or correction rights, email info@waylivingcraft.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We acknowledge each request and respond within the period the applicable law allows. Exercising a privacy right will not lead to any difference in the price, products, or service you receive.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to a visitor's dealings with us, that visitor may exercise rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability by writing to the same address, and may also complain to a local supervisory authority.
Security. The site runs over HTTPS, checkout included. Card details go straight to our payment processor over an encrypted connection and are not stored on our servers. Order data is accessible only to staff who need it to fulfill orders or answer support requests.
Updates. If we change how we handle personal information in a material way, we post the revised policy under a new “Last updated” date and, where the law requires it, notify affected customers by email before the change takes effect.
